Very helpful and efficient Krisrtil the service writer was very efficient .We had a recall appointment and when we got there no part yet she was great and gave us options rather than just come back. I had an oil change done on Our Ridgeline Honda. They left my truck dirty with mud. on the floor and side trim. they should have put covers and they left grease on my hood. sometimes you get a really good service agent , sometimes not . you give them some of your concern on the vehicle , they assume ,problem still not fix..
