Thanks to the team at Honda 104th. I had a 7am appointment for an oil change and to change the cabin filter. Back to this Honda dealership at the corner of East 104th Avenue and Federal Boulevard in Westminster. This time, it was a service visit for my 2019 Honda CR-V EX-L to diagnose two issues: 1) backup camera, Avenue and Federal Boulevard in Westminster. This time, it was a service visit for my 2019 Honda CR-V EX-L to diagnose two issues: 1) backup camera, and 2) the cruise control/radar settings. I usually ask for Kristil or Donovan, but on this day, neither of them were present, so Bob was at the service desk and he was very very helpful - #1 was addressed with a software update, and #2 could not be replicated during the service visit. The service was fully covered with the factory warranty. It took about 2.5-3.0 hours, so it was right about the time estimate I was given to complete the service. Good, friendly service as always. Bring your Honda to this dealership if you want good service and good results. Keep up the good work. More
