I was a little late for my oil change appointment. I was also in a lot of pain with my hip, walked in, the girl was helping another person, so I told her I had to go in to sit down. She said okay and as soon as she was done with the other customer which was maybe 5 minutes she came in to where I was & took care of my paperwork right there.
