I've purchased 3 CRV's at this dealership and had all of the servicing done here. This was a terrible experience! It took a week get an appointment. They didn't inform us of the price ($1171.00) before do the servicing done here. This was a terrible experience! It took a week get an appointment. They didn't inform us of the price ($1171.00) before doing the repair. They didn't return two messages we left asking for updates. The service people were not efficient, but simply made excuses for why they were messed up. They kept the car overnight which was unnecessary. After 13 years of taking my cars to this dealership, I'm seriously considering looking for another Honda dealership. Plus, they did not offer any pick-up/drop off service. I had to get a friend to take me and pick me up from the dealership. The Nissan down the street uses Uber at their expense. Why can't Honda do that?? When my husband walked into the service area, there was a guy standing around. My husband asked him if he worked there. The guy then looked down at his shirt that had Honda on it and then looked at my husband with a smirk and said nothing. Who does that?? Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. And expensive!!! More
I don't like being ignored from the get go by service people and lied to at the end. I have gone to this dealership for years but things have deteriated. I went to get a turn up because my SUV had a slig people and lied to at the end. I have gone to this dealership for years but things have deteriated. I went to get a turn up because my SUV had a slight vibration and came home with a start up vibration worst than anything I had to begin with. I will be taking my car back if the problem doesn't right itself soon . Very Disappointed! More
The dealer ship is fine - no problems there or with the service on the car. Jason the customer service representative was not. He totally passed me over in the waiting room when he couldn't pronounce my service on the car. Jason the customer service representative was not. He forgot me in the waiting room, then tried to cover it up by saying he had called and texted me. Didn't know where my car and keys were although the car was parked over in the corner of the garage. I was very impressed with the service guy. He gave other customers and ME advice based on our car’s needs…and NOT on making money for the dealership. The other customer was was advised to WAIT He gave other customers and ME advice based on our car’s needs…and NOT on making money for the dealership. The other customer was was advised to WAIT on getting his wheels aligned. And I was advised to get to get my wheels aligned…and I really needed it. I felt like I could trust his advice because he was being so honest. He wasn’t just trying to “sell” me services. I’m glad I come to Auto Nation Honda for my service. More
