Jordan was a very helpful person in service. I was grateful for his patience and kindness in dealing wth a few issues. I have always had great service at this dealership. Thank you, Jordan. I have been a customer at 104Honda for 14 years, with my 2008 Honda Accord. They have given excellent service, until now. Maybe they, the entire shop, were having a bad day? I scheduled an appt online (w 2008 Honda Accord. They have given excellent service, until now. Maybe they, the entire shop, were having a bad day? I scheduled an appt online (which was a pain int he xxx and I was not able to add additional services - stupid program). I then called to make sure I could add that service onto my appt. I spent 30 minutes on hold and finally agreed to a call back - which never came. I had to call again, the next day. Same thing. 3rd attempt I finally got a human on the line, and was able to add the services. I purchased a fog light for replacement from the dealerships parts department and instructed the parts guy to bring it to the service dept so it would be available for my appt, which was a few days after that . He assured me he would. On day of service I dropped my car off at 7:30 am for an oil change, front end alignment and fog light installation. At 4pm they called to tell me the car wasn't done. WTAF? They couldn't find the fog light, and hadn't done the alignment. I told them this was not acceptable, and I needed to talk to mgr. 10 minutes later, guy gets back on the phone and tells me they miraculously found the light and would have my car done before closing. I said thank you. Paid them over the phone, because I needed to pick my car up after hours. I had to run the payment twice, being on the phone for 15 minutes, while trying to get out the door to get to an appt. Because he couldnt give me a run down of the charges. The bill of $850. for oil, alignment and a frigging fog light!?! Seriously. The parts guy told me it was $359, so I guess $200 in labor is the standard now? When I picked up my car that evening the steering wheel was filthy. I had grease on my hands and had to pull over and use my hand sanitized to clean it off. 104HONDA has gone downhill. Maybe new management? Maybe having a hard time finding good people after covid? Everyone seems to be blaming covid for their poor service these days. I don't know. But they have lost my business. Donovan was great, not too pushy and had all the information I needed about my vehicle. Would definitely come back just for his service. Other wise would avoid car dealerships as a whole as they ten information I needed about my vehicle. Would definitely come back just for his service. Other wise would avoid car dealerships as a whole as they tend to be too pricey More
