Scheduled routine service for 9am. Car was not done by end of day. They asked to keep it overnight. Yes. Next day rep called with info on the power steering squeel.. regular maintena Car was not done by end of day. They asked to keep it overnight. Yes. Next day rep called with info on the power steering squeel.. regular maintenance had not yet been done for the items we originally scheduled. Car finally ready 24 hous after we brought it in. Not happy with that. If shop is short handed, then scheduling should be adjusted. We should have had the car back by noon on the first day. Car is 12 yrs old, and all servicing has been done at this location. More

Decent really just use to coming here but services are overpriced and have went down as well, for example I got a standard oil change typically they will do a multi point inspection nope not this time and overpriced and have went down as well, for example I got a standard oil change typically they will do a multi point inspection nope not this time and the price went up and took almost 2 hours More

The waiting time to receive attention was very long (20 min) there were only two people at the counter and when one was free he went inside the place and took a long time to return and the second man atten min) there were only two people at the counter and when one was free he went inside the place and took a long time to return and the second man attended me when he finished serving the client with the who was serving. When I went to Honda the other day to have my car looked at, specifically Donovan was the one to step up and help me with my car. The shop was super busy and he came straight to me to help out. In the end I at, specifically Donovan was the one to step up and help me with my car. The shop was super busy and he came straight to me to help out. In the end I had a lot that need to be done with my car and he explained it all to me making it super understandable for me to know what was going on with my car and what needed to be taken care of.
