I have used this dealership for the last three years and this is the first time I have been disappointed in the service. My representative was friendly and knowledgeable but seemed to be overwhelm. Her male this is the first time I have been disappointed in the service. My representative was friendly and knowledgeable but seemed to be overwhelm. Her male counterpart at the counter was loud and rude. Had to wait 30 minutes just to drop off my car and another 30 minutes to get it picked up. Both drop off and pick up delays were due to the volume of customers waiting in line and Susan seemed to be the only one at the counter that was friendly and helpful. At this time I can not recommend this service center. More
