AutoNation Honda 104 - Service Center

I have been disappointed with the customer service at this dealership during the past two visits. Communication about the vehicle repair has been next to nothing and the vehicle has been in there hands f this dealership during the past two visits. I understand everyone is short staffed but this is disappointing to me after having years of great service and purchasing several vehicles at this dealer. More

Terrible. I will never bring my car to be serviced at this location again. A simple oil changed turned into 2 hours because no one contacted me that the car wa I will never bring my car to be serviced at this location again. I was sent a video of all kinds of issues under my car but the documentation I was provided showed nothing wrong. The service advisor can't correctly tell me how many axles my car has. Guess what there are TWO axles on most vehicles and not one. I felt they were predatory because I am a woman and they wanted to take advantage of me not knowing about cars. My mechanic found one thing that he agreed was an issue on the video that was sent. Disgusted in the service here and you should be ashamed to call yourself a service department. More

This dealership failed at customer service in the service department. The car was dropped off on Wednesday 8-3-2022. We were told the part wouldn't be available until 8-5. We did not receive a call f service department. The car was dropped off on Wednesday 8-3-2022. We were told the part wouldn't be available until 8-5. We did not receive a call from the service dept on Friday. I called the dealer and was told our service rep would call and let us know about the car. Saturday, 8-6 I called the dealership and was told the car had been ready on Friday! Poor customer service!!!! More
