The automotive area was clean and everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I only waited a few minutes until they checked in my vehicle. Even when I scheduled the appointment, it wasn’t a wait was super friendly and helpful. I only waited a few minutes until they checked in my vehicle. Even when I scheduled the appointment, it wasn’t a wait on the phone. Everyone was very professional and dressed nicely. My oil change was quick and easy for me. We bought this Jeep from the Jeep AutoNation south of here. I had it serviced in a city closer to my house. Very pleased with the dealership. More

I left 3 messages to set up an appointment for an oil change, never heard back. When I got the oil change, he said it would take between 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours, after an hour and 45, I looked in the lot change, never heard back. I had an appointment for an oil change, arrived early and the service department got me right in. Donovan, my service advisor, was very friendly and helpful. On the phone for 40 minutes mostly on hold just to get a status report on my car. Had an 0800 appointment and the car was not started till nearly 2pm. The car was brought in for warranty air conditioning wo status report on my car. Had an 0800 appointment and the car was not started till nearly 2pm. The car was brought in for warranty air conditioning work a month before ,a completely different fiasco. Was told we would get a call when the parts came in but had know idea when that would be. Eventually we called the dealership and where told oh yes the parts are here. Again LONG wait time to get to talk with someone to make an appointment. Then when we arrive for our appointment the service advisor tells us he’s not sure the parts are here. Said he will go ahead and send the car back and call me with an update on the parts. Never called, (see the first part of this letter). Felt we were treated unprofessionally the whole time. More
