On one hand the service department did the work well. Even agreed to take the 25% off coupon that had expired before they had time to schedule my appointment. On the other hand, when asking me to approve the cost of a timing belt, Susan promised to take the 25% off of the gross bill but only showed me a portion of the cost…totally missed that other $1000 which must have been on the next page. I called my son to make sure I was making reasonable decisions and he heard the negotiations…and knew she was promising the 25% off the gross. Nothing was signed so I never saw the next page. When I picked the van up there was only $150 deducted for the coupon…the fine print I had missed. Which would have been fine if it had been part of the decision. The bill was over $2800…About $1000 more than I expected. Susan was able to get her manager to take off more for the coupon so I ended up paying about $2342. I’m sure they felt I got a good deal…I felt that I had been manipulated. I really don’t know if the lies were on purpose but I don’t like to have to question it. More

Worst experience I ever had with this service department at Honda 104th. No one called when my car was ready. No one returned my calls. I arrived at the dealership around 6pm to pick up my car. I dropped it at Honda 104th. No one called when my car was ready. No one returned my calls. I arrived at the dealership around 6pm to pick up my car. I dropped it off the night before for routine service. After I paid for my service e, o had to find my own car in the parking lot and the seat still had a dirty plastic on it and a dirty paper floor mat. They really have gone downhill. This is my 4th car purchased at this dealership and the service sucks. I may not be back. More
