The Service advisor, 6891 Kristil Gardino, provided exceptional service! She came to my car to accommodate my disability, cheerfully arranged my requested service, and even provided helpful documentation in response to a question mI asked about the BG oil additive. Conversely, the other two Service Advisors in the garage at the time of service never emerged from behind their desk nor made eye contact with any customer as they entered the garage during the hour that I was at the dealership. The technician who provided my service worked to carefully keep the engine compartment clean and delivered the service in less time than was originally committed. Bravo! More
Attending guy who took pictures of durango was very sweet. But other guy who turned in my keys (jordan i think) was really rude. The service appointment was easy to schedule online and even easier to initiate - just drove into the check-in area, parked, and was on my way. They finished the job quickly.
