They did not notify me that they were keeping my car overnight. The agreement was IF the part was already in stock, they would fix it. Otherwise I would bring it back later. Instead they kept my car while waiting for the part to be delivered. I had a doctor's appt in the morning = lots of anxiety as to whether I would have a vehicle to get there. Also, I have given up trying to get this service unit to help with my non-working valet key. It does not open the doors! Yet, the service techs keep reporting it works fine. Tell that to the hospital valets who also (along with me) can't make the key open the doors. All I can figure is that the techs are not making sure the doors are locked when they try the key in the doors. I am now researching other places to get a new key from. May have to go back to Boulder where we purchased the car. More

I had to have a repair of a part that broke while I was driving. It took three weeks to get an appointment and when I pulled into the service bay they asked if I had ordered the part. At no time during the three or four times Honda contacted me about my appointment did they explain that they expected me to figure out which part(s) I needed and to pre-order them. Luckily they had one available. More
My service advisor was great. He came out to teh car to make sure all the work had been completed, sine they were short, the day before Thanksgiving. This is the second time Jordan has offered excellent customer service and Honda Nation has delivered the car quickly. More
