I had to have a repair of a part that broke while I was driving. It took three weeks to get an appointment and when I pulled into the service bay they asked if I had ordered the part. At no time during th driving. It took three weeks to get an appointment and when I pulled into the service bay they asked if I had ordered the part. At no time during the three or four times Honda contacted me about my appointment did they explain that they expected me to figure out which part(s) I needed and to pre-order them. Luckily they had one available. More

My service advisor was great. He came out to teh car to make sure all the work had been completed, sine they were short, the day before Thanksgiving. Trying to schedule a service appointment via phone was very difficult and frustrating. I got cut off twice but never got a call back so had to do the whole process again.
