Had my CRV towed to AutoNation as it would start but would not drive. The service department was excellent - they called me in a timely manner to let me know what was wrong, how much the repairs would would not drive. They did not notify me that they were keeping my car overnight. The agreement was IF the part was already in stock, they would fix it. Otherwise I would bring it back later. Instead they kept my car while waiting for the part to be delivered. I had a doctor's appt in the morning = lots of anxiety as to whether I would have a vehicle to get there. Also, I have given up trying to get this service unit to help with my non-working valet key. It does not open the doors! Yet, the service techs keep reporting it works fine. Tell that to the hospital valets who also (along with me) can't make the key open the doors. All I can figure is that the techs are not making sure the doors are locked when they try the key in the doors. I am now researching other places to get a new key from. May have to go back to Boulder where we purchased the car. More
