Brought our brand new vehicle in for its second service ever (less than 12k miles), they told me on the phone they identified an oil leak and they wanted to search for root cause. They kept the vehicle for several hours and then called me to tell me they couldn't find it. They told me on the phone that they had pictures/videos of the leak and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they suddenly couldn't find any of evidence of this leak and then proceeded to tell me I still needed to pay for the labor ($300). I spent a long time trying to get an answer about how my bumper-to-bumper warranty doesn't cover this in which the guy just kept talking in circles and never gave me a straight answer. I was also told I need to come back in 1000 miles for an additional oil change and would need to pay for more labor to keep hunting for the leak. I'm still not certain what on earth would be causing a leak that wouldn't be covered under warranty. Furthermore, I did ask to speak to the manager and they guy kept talking in circles and wouldn't let me speak to his manager. The service center definitely appears to be scamming me and I will not be bringing my vehicle back here ever. New car owners shouldn't have to pay for items covered under warranty including the labor to repair warranty items. A few days larer, I found out I ran over a nail in my tire and called to get information about replacing/repairing it and never received a call back, this place clearly doesn't care about their customers and certainly are willing to take your money without giving you honest and complete answers about your warranty or vehicle. The service representative was friendly and helpful. The service was quick and efficient. I have had two Hondas over the past 23 years and this is the only dealership that has serviced my cars. Once again, your dealership did fulfill your obligation being an Auto Nation, I brought my vehicle up there for an oil change and a tire rotation. All the employees that I have encountered are very friendly and provide quality customer service. One thing missing is there is not a courtesy shuttle which makes it difficult to to make appointments friendly and provide quality customer service.
