I was told in October my battery needed to be replaced. When I had issues with it starting I mentioned that during an oil change in February. I was told all looks good. When I dropped it off to have the starting issues resolved specifically in May I was told it was the battery again. When it still had start issues two weeks later they said they would take a look at it to diagnosis a new problem. After 5 days of not hearing anything I went back in person and was told they tried calling me yet I had no recent calls. They sent me to voicemail every time I called during those 5 days. They finally replaced the starter and it took a lot of pressure to bring the price down since they had no loaners and forced me to get a rental car while they "worked" on my car. I'm not sure how you trust a place like this to do more than a simple oil change. More

We took our 2012 Honda Civic in for regular maintenance and to have the under carriage checked. We had an appointment so our wait time to get in was minimal. They were able to take care of everything except replacing the undercarriage because that had to be ordered. Overall, we were pleased with the service we received.
