Tre Made sure I understood exactly what service was being performed and what the cost would likely be. It was a very short wait until my car was ready and they let me know immediately. I have enjoyed all of my services, the best one can, at this dealership. Kristil Gardino was my advisor this time and her tenure shines. The reason this is not 5 star is for the CEO CTO,whoever is in charge of tech and client relations. When I was there, they were in the first few hours of a large DDoS attack. I understand the challenge in managing budget for this. Like health insurance feels huge until you are on life support. My disappointment is that I would expect a message of what they are doing. Maybe a year of complimentary ID monitoring. Even if they don't know yet. A message acknowdging that we have probably seen the news and what they are doing or working towards doing to amend this situation. More
Two main issues from this dealership: The first one was when I was trying to purchase a new car. They did not have my requested color and were trying to work a dealership trade or something but they en was when I was trying to purchase a new car. Service shop was slow and uninterested in customer service last time I came in for an oil change. I had a free oil change which the service rep could not find on the computer and then became irritated about having to go find the documentation. More
