I'm very happy with the service I received at AutoNation 104. I couldn't take my car to them myself because I had to work, so they came to pick my car up at my place of employment and then returned it when 104. This visit was to replace a part that was under recall. It's good that it's now replaced, but as we'd had no difficulty with it before, it's hard to comment accurately on how well the work was done. The service agent was efficient, spent the needed time with us, and was pleasant even when clearly under stress from the many vehicles arriving on the same morning. If there's a criticism, it's that the scheduling system is not very effective. We were advised up front that though we arrived at our scheduled time of 1030, the vehicle might not be ready until the following day. On the following day, when we went to pick the car up the check-in area was empty, and we understood that there had been almost no cars brought in that day. A good scheduling system would spread out its appointments by day more efficiently. We were, however, kept advised of progress on the work. Since this was a recall repair, we can't complain about the price (zero). We expect to return to AutoNation for future service on this automobile. More
