I tried . I was promised 15% but was told it was capped at $150, which apparently is wrong,, and it seems quite simple that all they need to do is refund my credit card the amount to get me to the 15%. Period. I’m not going to go back and forth on the issue. I’ve been taking my car to this dealership for years for the service I need and they have always been great, no concerns ever but for some reason they decided to fight me on this one. So they can do what I was promised or they won’t it’s not rocket science.
