This dealership failed at customer service in the service department. The car was dropped off on Wednesday 8-3-2022. We were told the part wouldn't be available until 8-5. We did not receive a call f service department. The car was dropped off on Wednesday 8-3-2022. We were told the part wouldn't be available until 8-5. We did not receive a call from the service dept on Friday. I called the dealer and was told our service rep would call and let us know about the car. Saturday, 8-6 I called the dealership and was told the car had been ready on Friday! Poor customer service!!!! More

I have been a long time consumer at this place. My appt was for 9am I arrived at 845am, the service person was polite and there was a long line waiting. I was fine with that, at 1130 am my car was still in line for a oil change. I went somewhere else. More

Jordan was polite and helpful I went in for a oil change/tire inspection/rotation and was in and out within the promised time frame. Price was also comparable to other shops for the same service (i.e change/tire inspection/rotation and was in and out within the promised time frame. Price was also comparable to other shops for the same service (i.e. Grease xxxxxx) and a more pleasant experience. Better than other Honda dealerships in the Denver Metro area. Would return! More
