Went in for an oil change, tire rotation not only did it take over 2 1/2 hours to complete they never even rotated the xxxx tires very dissatisfied and I won’t be coming back! I have been disappointed with the customer service at this dealership during the past two visits. Communication about the vehicle repair has been next to nothing and the vehicle has been in there hands f this dealership during the past two visits. Terrible. I will never bring my car to be serviced at this location again. I was sent a video of all kinds of issues under my car but the documentation I was provided showed nothing wrong. The service advisor can't correctly tell me how many axles my car has. Guess what there are TWO axles on most vehicles and not one. I felt they were predatory because I am a woman and they wanted to take advantage of me not knowing about cars. My mechanic found one thing that he agreed was an issue on the video that was sent. Disgusted in the service here and you should be ashamed to call yourself a service department. More
