I bought the first car I drove in cash. The Sales men was super nice and friendly. We talked the entire time I test drove the vehicle, so I picked it up the next day and could hear the bra The Sales men was super nice and friendly. He said the rear breaks and rotors were new however the front brake pads were warn. I called the dealership brought my car in the next day, sat and waited for them to tell me that the brake pads are all new. Now because I am a woman people might assume I don't know anything about cars but I grew up with a Dad that has worked on cars since he was 15 years old, he's 73 now. I feel like they dismissed my concerns and I can still hear the brakes grinding. So my advice is if you want to buy a used car, go somewhere else. More

This place had poor communication. They told me what I wanted to hear so I would purchase my car then when I bought it they completely stopped helping me. My car was supposed to be delivered to me after I signed papers. They did not deliver the car but charged me. My family has to drive 12 hours to pick the car up. I had to ask them to clean my car for me and fix the paint that was scratched. They made me pay for the paint to be fixed. I would not recommend this dealership. They will not keep their promises. Had countless issues with this place. Still have not heard anything on my refund for the delivery fee that I was charged. Save yourself a bad experience and go to another dealer. My parents did not even get a sorry for driving so far to get the car! More
