Everyone was so nice up until our brand new Honda Pilot broke and they wouldn’t even get our car to be looked at, they said we had to wait 14 days! We then ask for a loaner car while we waited and they sai broke and they wouldn’t even get our car to be looked at, they said we had to wait 14 days! We then ask for a loaner car while we waited and they said No. We had to call another dealership and they immediately took our car in and gave us a rental. The way they dealt with us was disgraceful. So if you decide to buy anything there, start praying that nothing goes wrong with it. More
