I WAS IN A 2006 CHEVY TRAIL BLAZER.I PURCHASED A 2021 GRAND CHEROKEE 16,000.00 MILES AND EVERYTHING IS CUMPUTERIZED.WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR FINANCINCING TRENT WAS KIND OF ENOUGH TO SIT WITH ME IN THE VEHICLE AND EXPLAIN WHAT ALL O THE BUTTONS IN THE VEHICLE DID.100% SATISFIED WITH THE SALES OF THE VEHICLE AND THEIR PROFESIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.AFTER A WEEK AND THE SALE WAS FINALIZED JUSTIN FOLLWED UP WITH EMAILS ASKING IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE CAR. I have enjoyed all of my services, the best one can, at this dealership. Kristil Gardino was my advisor this time and her tenure shines. I understand the challenge in managing budget for this. Like health insurance feels huge until you are on life support. My disappointment is that I would expect a message of what they are doing. Maybe a year of complimentary ID monitoring. Even if they don't know yet. A message acknowdging that we have probably seen the news and what they are doing or working towards doing to amend this situation. More

They did not properly convey to us that the new CRV did not have a compatible trailer hitch. At first, they said they did and we dropped the car off at 7:30 am. We returned in the afternoon to pick the car up and they put the wrong hitch on. We were unable to get ahold of anyone in person for 30 minutes. Nobody was answering their phones. We are bikers and are now unable to bike this summer. We like Honda as a company. Really poor management at this dealer. More
