Bad experience First off I had every intention of purchasing the vehicle at sticker price (14587), but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask for a lower price so first I First off I had every intention of purchasing the vehicle at sticker price (14587), but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask for a lower price so first I asked if the sticker price included any dealer fees and he said yes they were included in the sticker price. When I asked if they could bring the price down to $14,000 'Chilli', a sales man that was helping me said "I can ask". Chili came back about 10 minutes later with an offer and said they came down to $13988 but there was a separate dealership fee listed at $599. Now here's the problem, I know basic addition, 13988 + 599 = 14587. Now when i asked Chili "so I take it you couldn't come down on the price?" chili said "they did, it's now $13988". I explained that he already told me the dealership fee was included in the $14587 which Chili acted like he wasn't sure what I was taking about, but after explaining it a few times he said on he will go ask for them to lower it to $14000 total. After 5 minutes the sales manager came out and told me they do not haggle their prices under any circumstances. Now again, I wanted the car for the advertised $14587; if they would have been up front and just said 'sorry we don't haggle' when I asked for a lower price I would have bought the car anyway but the fact they went to the back and pretended to lower the price, then tested my intelligence saying they lowered it even though they just separated the dealership fee from the price was an insulting outdated tactic that was extremely offensive. I also talked to "Dan" the manager but he just said it was a miscommunication. You be the judge of that. More
LIES and FRAUD. BUYERS BEWARE! If I could give 0 starts I would. Auto Nation knowingly violated the full disclosure law. They sold me a car with MAJOR repair work done on their time If I could give 0 starts I would. Auto Nation knowingly violated the full disclosure law. They sold me a car with MAJOR repair work done on their time and watch, that somehow did not show up on the Carfax at the time of purchase. However, the accident showed reported but with absolutely NO damage. They told me there was no damage reported because the accident was so minor it didn't require repair. Went to trade in my Honda and pulled a new carfax, only to find on the SAME date, MAJOR damage reported. The car was leased at the time of the accident, which means it was OWNED by Auto Nation and according to their lease policy, any damage to the car MUST be reported to them prior to repair work. They have to APPROVE repair work, they OWNED the car legally at the time the car was repaired and straight up told me they didn't know the accident or repair even occured. LIERS. SCAMMERS. Don't worry Honda, I have filled a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and you will be hearing from my attorney for the loss of my entries car worth of $26,000 since I can't sell this vehicle! http://www.hondafinancialservices.com/leasing/vehicle-inspection More

I overpaid by kbb by $1,000 for a car that needed work has body damage and the navigation touch screen doesn't work. Bogus no haggle pricing is xx and a scam. I was told verbally the door handles would be fixed. Closed on the car and they say oh no we aren't doing that but it's a super easy fix like $20. Liars. It's going to cost me over $150 to fix the door handles. Said We will perform a full detail. Got car back has stuff all over the windshield half xxx job. Put protectant on gauge cluster plastic - hope it doesn't mar or permantlety haze them. Told car would be waxed - car was not waxed I'm an ex professional Detailer who detailed exotic cars. I know when a car has or hasn't been waxed. Told headlights would be buffed - liar never buffed. Took over two days to get financed. Never ran my information to see what I qualify for just quoted me a rate for financing - pretty sure that's fraud and is illegal. Had to wait at enterprise for 30 minutes to drop off car then was charged $40 for insurance on the rental because autonation didn't tell me I didn't have to pay it. I ask for reimbursement and they won't pay it. Said detail and work on car would take one day took two days and the detail was less than half xxx. Overall I feel like I've been screwed on this purchase and the sad thing is it was my first car purchase. Just overall feel pretty ccrappy about the experience it was like how can we get you out of here fast? Just overall I wouldn't buy from them. This car is costing me over $9,000 and kbb is $7,500. Thanks for screwing over a kid who just wanted a reliable car More

Interesting that the invoice states the bill was paid at 9:10am! (not 11:10am). I checked the oil level after 2hours back home--the oil dip stick was showing the level OVER an inch above the "full" hash mark. Took it back the next day and the same service advisor said 'probably normal 'but let me get the tech who performed the work. The tech came and checked the level and stated "just a little bit over"! Really (just a little bit pregnant). Although I just turned 76 and still have a lot to learn, overfilling engine oil is really bad and was probably taught to me when I was 11 and driving my grandpa's Willy's on the ranch. The HONDA OWNER'S MANUAL p.475 states:"NOTICE: DO NOT FILL THE ENGINE OIL ABOVE THE UPPER MARK. OVERFILLING THE ENGINE OIL CAN RESULT IN LEAKS AND ENGINE DAMAGE" The tech reserviced the oil and delivered the car. Upon which time he told me "I refilled it twice and both times were "overfilled". Checked the servicing equipment and it was faulty. I refilled it a 3rd time manually to the proper lever. Maybe I should tell my supervisor about the equipment." You think!! How many other vehicles had been over serviced with this equipment and the poor level of tech and supervisor knowledge. More
No Promised $100 Referral They promised to sent a $100 referral for us bringing in someone to buy a car. It has been 8 months, and still nothing. We have talked to George They promised to sent a $100 referral for us bringing in someone to buy a car. It has been 8 months, and still nothing. We have talked to George Michael and different managers at least 15 times. They keep saying that they will sent it. They should just tell us to get lost. That would be easier to accept. More
Horrible, not friendly. Took my wifes Honda Pilot in to get a hole in the tire patched. I know there was a hole since I was filling it up with air for the last 2 months. They Took my wifes Honda Pilot in to get a hole in the tire patched. I know there was a hole since I was filling it up with air for the last 2 months. They "looked" at it and found NO hole in the tire. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me this. Funny I know there is a patch in it. Took it too peerless Tire up the road and within 5 minutes they found the hole/patch. So I had them mark the tire with chalk to show where it was. They do not want to fix tires at the express side. Now i am standing here waiting for them to warranty it which it sounds like thats not going to happen either so much for their ROAD HAZZARD WARRANTY. THEY changed it to appointments only so they won't take walkins . STAY AWAY.. all the negative reviews are true. This is the same review on yelp. More
Do NOT trust them! They are liars! I brought my car in per the airbag recall. They performed a free diagnostic rest and claimed my car needed over $1,000 worth of care/maintenance - in I brought my car in per the airbag recall. They performed a free diagnostic rest and claimed my car needed over $1,000 worth of care/maintenance - including a new transmission dip stick because they said it was missing. My gut told me to get a second opinion and I am so thankful I did. I took my car to Jiffy Lube and Grease xxxxxx where both companies not only said that my car was perfectly fine but also showed me my dipstick! Unbelievable! I will NEVER take my car to the Honda dealership on 104th ever again More

Auto Nation was contacted and I was told that was the "risk I take for buying a used car." Listen up folks! That is the risk you take buying a used car from Auto Nation Honda 104 in Westminster. Since posting on craigslist, a few people have emailed me claiming they had been sold broken cars too. FYI I was stranded in Oregon waiting for a replacement engine for 25 days. Day after I received a new engine I started to drive home to CO. I was then stranded in Boise at 1am, car wouldn't start because of other electrical problems. I hadn't even made a car payment yet on the Element and I was out $4200 out of pocket. More
