Price quote failure! I communicated via email with a sales associate at this dealership. I then came in to purchase the vehicle, mind you it was last year's model which I communicated via email with a sales associate at this dealership. I then came in to purchase the vehicle, mind you it was last year's model which they have several of still and the price quote was not honored. In fact, they wanted 1200 more then initially quoted. They tried to tell me it was because I had asked for a quote on a used vehicle, which I did not. Very disappointed in this dealership and will not ber doing business with them. More

average, unoraganized and not clean I enjoyed working with Nick while he did not know that much about the car I ended up with I did from my prior experiences with Mini Coopers. I will say on the negatives the paperwork took a long time it seemed they were a little disorganized and the cleanliness of the car after detailing was horrible (you could still see shoe prints on the floor and door, the carpet did not look vacuumed and windows had handprints on them). I did email the manager about the cleanliness and did not hear back so that was a disappointment to me as I'm very OCD in my organization and cleaning. Would I buy from them again? It would have to be a very good deal otherwise no. More

Run from this place! Misleading salesmen and managers. When asked several times if there were specials told no, then five days later saw 1.99 financing available. Phoned and emailed, the sales person Israel Sosa said he would speak with his supervisor to ask if there were any options, we never heard back from him. Customer service? What a joke. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Auto Nation Honda 104 about a month ago. The driver side sunshade fell off less than two weeks after I bought it. Th I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Auto Nation Honda 104 about a month ago. The driver side sunshade fell off less than two weeks after I bought it. They won't fix it. And now the alternator has gone out on me and I haven't even made my first payment!! The battery was over 5 years old, which I should have seen when I was test driving the thing, but I assumed that their service department had done their job and replaced the battery that was past it's useful life. And now that the alternator has gone out, they are refusing to make it right. Did I mention that I haven't even had the car long enough to make my first payment? I will not be doing business with this company ever again. More
