It was a very good experience. I Instantly trusted Jay the salesman who was kind, caring and helpful. I WOULD NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. If you do, I would immediately take it and get it fully inspected by REAL mechanics the day you buy it so you have the option to return it within the 5 days. See why be immediately take it and get it fully inspected by REAL mechanics the day you buy it so you have the option to return it within the 5 days. See why below… Honda 104th sold me a car with a major oil leak that dripped on my driveway within 3 days of driving it off the lot. Which cost me $800 and an insane amount of stress and issues within a week of buying it. They have a 90 day warranty, but I had to pay out of pocket for a couple reasons: 1) Because I had zero trust in their techs and didn’t want them anywhere near my car again. I took the car back to them right away, but according to Tim (their used car manager), FIVE people at their dealership couldn’t find or didn’t see an issue with my car. Including the guy they claimed as being the #1 mechanic in the US. I took my car to another place and the issue was found quickly (they didn't even charge the the full time to diagnose it because it apparently was so obvious). 2) The 90 day warranty they do give is a lie with a lot of misleading information. It was the main reason I was willing to take the car after the 5 day grace period. Then I found out a lot of things that were not even in the fine print by calling the warranty company (who were prob the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with). I was literally told “You don’t need to know that information, that’s not for you or the customer to know”. That information would have made me return the car right away, no question! Their 150 point inspection is BS and they clearly don't actually do them. If so, ANY real mechanic or tech would notice a pretty large oil leak right away. They forgot an emissions voucher which cost me an extra $25. I was working with Tim (used car manager) who was going to talk "his boss" about options and get right back to me. That was over 2 weeks ago I still have not heard from him at all. When I was talking to him, he used the excuse "those are the rules, they won't budge" "yea, there is just nothing we can do" for almost everything. Acting like he and their dealership was being held at gun point and told to never make any exceptions or judgment calls for this situation. After all of that, all of this back is forth being known by the salesman who sold me the car (Tom), he still has he nerve to email me asking me to refer friends and family to him/them. I responded, reiterating all the information and frustration above. His response was to offer a $25 emission voucher sent via the mail. Even though I literally had just told him in the previous email that I had already paid for it. What good is one going to do me now? They clearly aren't actually paying attention to their customers or trying to actually help. They make the sale and move on. More
Stay Away, this dealership is so unprofessional. I returned by leased vehicle and they did not properly close the acct. This is resulting the finance company coming after us for back payments on a car returned by leased vehicle and they did not properly close the acct. This is resulting the finance company coming after us for back payments on a car that I don't have. I have email, and called several times only to be sent to voice mail. No one will return my call. Additionally, the finance company has been trying to contact them, and getting the same results. Horrible customer service. More
Absolutely terrible customer service in the service department. Brand new Honda bought out of state at another Autonation store. No help. Stay away. Nasty employee. Should have been a minor issue. COMPLETE & TOTAL FRAUDS! VERY POOR BUSINESS INTEGRITY! BEWARE!! RUN!! =SxxT SHOW LONG story short, they sold me a used Honda with a "we owe" contract. They did not fulfill that promise and also LIED to m BEWARE!! RUN!! =SxxT SHOW LONG story short, they sold me a used Honda with a "we owe" contract. They did not fulfill that promise and also LIED to me about it. Because of that, they sold me a car that would not pass emissions. Isn't that illegal? Did they care? NO. How convenient that they released the car to me (after supposed delays) after their 5 day warranty window was up. Once you are off their lot, you are SCREWED and they are done with you. They proved to me over and over again that they will not do the right thing. The only thing they are good at is SCAMMING. After I circled back to them about the car not being fixed like they said it was, they (and by they I mean the Sales Manager Christi - my sales guy never returned my calls/texts) escalated the issue by telling me there was now a bigger problem they found that was not there when they were selling it to me. We're talking less than a half of a tank of gas later. This went from a bad CO2 sensor to a busted head gasket to "probably the entire engine is bad". Christi told me that she personally would not have bought the car - but they have it on their lot for sale?? Their way of taking care of me was to give me $1,000 for the $5,000 vehicle I had just bought cash OR take it across the street to Carmax and see what they'll give me for a worthless car I was JUST sold by them. Pass the problem to someone else? They treated me like complete trash. Their solution to the problem is very very telling and an accurate reflection of how they do business. They are not BBB accredited for a GOOD reason. Christi was a brick wall to deal with, kept spitting out the same bullxxxx responses with zero compassion and would not allow me to talk to anyone above her. I left the dealership in tears and somehow Christi found a way to sleep at night - a talent I do not personally have - thank goodness. She had no problem looking me in the eyes and saying I could trust her and then turning around and completely screwing me. Literally handed me keys to the car while it was puffing black smoke and did not blink twice. I really cannot put into words how disgusted I was. Anyhow, some tips: DO NOT TRUST what they tell you AT ALL. It turns out that a new set of spark plugs was all that was needed for my "bad engine". I don't know how they are not experts in their own brand or maybe they knew this and they thought I would cave and put $4,000+ into their pocket. I also don't know how they sold and inspected a ready to go car with bad spark plugs?! I still cannot believe that they acted so foolish over such a small thing. I thank my angels that after months of this going on and a large amount of stress, I still ended up with a good car for me and my kiddos - yay Honda - bad dealership!!! I also cannot believe that they would rather make a small amount of money on me than have me be treated fairly and spreading good word of mouth. ZERO MORALS HERE. Another tip: do not fall for their scare tactics and do get a second opinion. I was able to get more information from Auto Zone's free check engine light reader than the dealer!! WxF Summary - this place is AWFUL. JUST SAY NO. NOT ONLY NO, HxxL NO. PS - their prices ARE NOT GOOD anyhow! More
Came in for a routine oil change, left the shop with electrical problems - doors locking by themselves, car radio turning on and off, my check engine light coming on. Took the car back in the same day a electrical problems - doors locking by themselves, car radio turning on and off, my check engine light coming on. Took the car back in the same day and the tech who worked on it wouldn't even come out and talk to me. He used the receptionist as a messenger pigeon to talk to me and basically told me there was nothing he could do. I understand that these techs are busy, but he couldn't take 5 minutes out of his day to take a look at my car. Made another appointment for a full diagnostic, turned out that the guy didn't tighten my battery cables properly. It was the tech's fault, and I had to pay the $100 to get it "fixed". Manager was supposed to call me 2 weeks ago to refund me the money, because I should not be the one having to pay almost $200 for a routine oil change. Surprise! Manager never called back. Interesting note: they sent me a message a few days later saying I missed my appointment (which I didn't) so no customer survey was sent out to me. Very sketchy! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! STAY AWAY!!! My whole intention of going to the dealer was to develop a relationship w/ a shop I could trust. Unfortunately, the service director David Mullen has guaranteed that will never happen. He is was to develop a relationship w/ a shop I could trust. Unfortunately, the service director David Mullen has guaranteed that will never happen. He is quite unconcerned w/ customer service. I can't tell if he's a total joke or just astonishingly bad at his job. His team knows more than he does and his communication is the farthest thing from thorough. First his response to a question about my Honda HR-V was to tell me his wife has a Mini Cooper and she doesn't have that problem. (I wish I was kidding.) Then after he screwed something up his apology was basically: "I'm sorry if you believe . . . however I've never actually done anything wrong." Then he had his team install a remote starter that is incompatible w/ my locking system. Have fun figuring out how I get in and out of my car w/ that one. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to make anything right. He simply stopped returning my messages. Of course, the last question I asked him was "What the h*ll kind of xxxx show are you running over there?" So I don't suspect I'll hear back anytime soon. I can almost guarantee the positive reviews on here are fabricated or they come from well meaning people who only went there once and were lucky to have a good experience. I was one of those until I learned how things really go down. Save yourself the trouble because AutoNation Honda 104 will bite you hard at some point! It's a hot mess over there and it clearly comes from the top down. P.S. Did I mention that when bought the car it was delivered to the parking lot of my condo building at 9:30 PM in a snowstorm and left all night with the windows down so I woke up to an interior covered in ice? Shi*t Show. More

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Traded in my 2016 Malibu for a 2018 Honda Civic. I was lied to about the features of the car by the sales rep (Steve) was told it was great on gas and also had a sp Malibu for a 2018 Honda Civic. I was lied to about the features of the car by the sales rep (Steve) was told it was great on gas and also had a sport mode. Car isn’t good on gas and doesn’t have a sports mode. I was gonna return the car but was reassured by Steve that the car had the features I wanted. That same day I found out one of my brothers had passed away. You would think a business that makes billions a year would have a little bit more compassion, empathy and integrity. All I got was the managers saying we’re a business so your xxxx out of luck basically after paying 19,000 for a car that lacked everything I expected In the vehicle even after expressing my concerns to the sales rep. Derek and Sarah the managers didn’t care showed NO empathy to my situation. You would think they would want their customers to leave happy well NOT here. Please don’t let them manipulate you in thinking you can trust them to get you into the car of your dreams they just want sales and could careless. Now I’m stuck with a car that I thought was the car of my dreams but its reality is a nightmare with none of the features I intended to get for trading in my vehicle. More
