I wanted to also get a oil change since the car was in for a recall but was told it couldn't be done since the oil was 50 but Kelly Gardino said she would have since that is what I wanted. They dont explain how much they are going to charge before you decide and after they complete their job Wish i can give 0 rating to this dealership. They dont explain how much they are going to charge before you decide and after they complete their job they over charge you and explain how you got overcharged and it is too late. Avoid smythe kimber the financial manager. Her job is to fool you to take more money away from you. Not very kind and helpful to customers after they charge you. Run away from this dealershop. More

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. At first I wasn’t impressed because I’ve never been here before and didn’t know what to do. The signage wasn’t great but once I got my bearings and remembered that eve impressed because I’ve never been here before and didn’t know what to do. The signage wasn’t great but once I got my bearings and remembered that ever business is short handed right now things started getting better. The minute someone had time to help me he was right there. Answered all of my questions and was very patient even though I knew he was extremely busy. My car is 2020 so it didn’t have much going on but the customer service was wonderful! More
