I had my oil changed and tires rotated. At first I wasn’t impressed because I’ve never been here before and didn’t know what to do. The signage wasn’t great but once I got my bearings and remembered that eve impressed because I’ve never been here before and didn’t know what to do. The minute someone had time to help me he was right there. Answered all of my questions and was very patient even though I knew he was extremely busy. When I traded in my 2019 2WD CR-V for a 2021 4WD one, yes, I was pressured to pre-pay for extended warranties and service plans, but when I put my foot down and said "No," they accepted that, and I left yes, I was pressured to pre-pay for extended warranties and service plans, but when I put my foot down and said "No," they accepted that, and I left with a brand new car for only $150/month. I visited the service department on 8/2 and was very surprised that there was only one service writer available. There were 6 people in line to be taken care of and Krystal did an awesome job. She worked efficiently, carefully and never gave the appearance of being rushed or frustrated with the situation. As always, my car was serviced (I had an oil change done) in a timely manner and I was treated with the respect and courtesy I have enjoyed for over 20 years from this dealership. When I got ready to leave, I asked the service writer who checked me out why there were so few people working. She explained that everyone had quit and the dealership was having trouble replacing them. Despite the difficult working conditions, everyone I encountered did a great job and I think they should be well rewarded for their efforts. More
