disrespectful and unethical behavior!! Cant give a star for a ZERO so had to choose poor and that is being polite!! Had a SCHEDULED appointment to look at a vehicle on 8-24-21. As i was looking at the veh for a ZERO so had to choose poor and that is being polite!! Had a SCHEDULED appointment to look at a vehicle on 8-24-21. As i was looking at the vehicle with my sales man another sales man and customer approached the car started looking over it too! I felt that was completely inappropriate that the other sales man would allow that. I was looking to buy it and he should have BEEN GIVEN THAT COURTSEY. The other people should have had to wait until i was done and said if i was or wasnt interested of hovering over me. After going through the vehicle i decided that i was going to buy it. Went inside with my salesman started going over everything when he came back to me and said that the other people bought it out from under you. I was SHOCKED that this could happen . I had a scheduled appointment and was with the vehicle when the other salesman sold it out from under me. I have NEVER experienced such a unprofessional situation like this. When i confronted the manager i was told they submitted the deal 1st and this is business. I am a repeat HONDA Owner 20 yrs + going to this dealership.. Honda 104th and after this experience i will never return to this dealership for ANYTHING! More

My Honda CR-V 2019 was in for a Recall Fuel Pump replacement. Back set was a mess, dog safety set was taken off the rear set head rest and tossed to the opposite side of the back other items tosse replacement. I’ve had some mixed experience this dealership. Most recent was an oil change that was scheduled a month out for a Saturday appointment so I wouldn’t miss work for it. After the oil change I noticed an recent was an oil change that was scheduled a month out for a Saturday appointment so I wouldn’t miss work for it. After the oil change I noticed an odor and checked under the hood, my oil cap wasn’t installed and oil had sprayed all over the inside of the engine area. I had to take time off from work to get the oil topped off and have them clean the engine area. They also checked to make sure there wasn’t any damage before they finished. So they made it right, however it was very inconvenient for myself. More

On a Saturday I noticed a liquid leaking on my CVR and took it to have service check to determine the cause and if it was serious.
