Well I'm questioning is your staff dedicated to providing all of your guest with outstanding customer service I can trust? I had a appointment early in the morning for repairs, 4pm no call form service to say my vehicle was ready, I called they said they couldn't find the paperwork ? After several failed attempts to speak with someone I never got a call back from them before closing . Needless to say my car was kept overnight without explanation?" We always strive to provide personable and excellent customer service.." BS!!!! I drive my car for a living and this kinda service is totally unacceptable ... the real question now is hopefully the quality of work done on my car exceeds the customer service I received today
