Vehicle not looked at until 7 hours after appointment time. Had to call multiple time to try and get an update. Took more than 5 hours for call back. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change well over 3 weeks ago. When I arrived, there were two service technicians working with customers with a third technician doing something other than working with weeks ago. When I arrived, there were two service technicians working with customers with a third technician doing something other than working with customers. Twenty minutes later, I was finally able to check in. During the check in process, I was told it would take anywhere between two to two and a half hours to complete the oil change on my car. The excuse was that they were short staffed. I said that I MUST be out of there by 1 PM because I needed to get to work. That didn't seen to phase the service technician any. I expressed my dismay saying that I make an appointment, it should be honored. It doesn't take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. I was not happy and they knew it. They did "comp" my servicing due to their poor customer service. More
