Terrible experience, Salesman didn't read my emails or text messages as I was working a deal, They got the price wrong after I got a cashiers check for the vehicle (now I am waiting 6 weeks for a refund text messages as I was working a deal, They got the price wrong after I got a cashiers check for the vehicle (now I am waiting 6 weeks for a refund), they advertised the vehicle as a 4 wheel drive and it was not (all wheel drive-- there is a difference) , There was an issue with picking the vehicle up, I live 3 hours away and I told them I would need a couple of days to get it after I paid for it, at first nope can't do this. Asked salesman to talk to the manager then it was okay. they stated they would leave it in a secure place behind a locked fence. I bought the vehicle and it was left in open parking lot right off the street. The paperwork took more than 4 hours to complete and had issue with them telling me I needed full coverage insurance when it was a "cash" deal (incorrect). Website states they will hold a vehicle for you for 24 hours but I wasn't able to put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it. vehicle price was average and vehicle was in average shape. They offered a one year warranty that would cost $12,000 for a $4,400 vehicle and seemed offended when I laughed at it. ****I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership***** More

Vehicle not looked at until 7 hours after appointment time. Had to call multiple time to try and get an update. Took more than 5 hours for call back.
