I went to the dealership to fix a factory recall. I was met promptly and they got right to work. The service on my car went fine however I waited three hours for a simple oil change. I was the first car there on a Friday morning at 8 o’clock and they did not see me until 8:15, they said their systems hours for a simple oil change. I was the first car there on a Friday morning at 8 o’clock and they did not see me until 8:15, they said their systems were down, which I understand and said no problem I’m happy to wait… but they let me wait until 1130 before I had to ask is my car finished yet? Apparently they had forgot that I was there I did not want to bug them because they were busy with the systems down and it was just a busy day I guess but waiting that long for a simple oil change is unacceptable. No apologies were given. More
