The service on my car went fine however I waited three hours for a simple oil change. I was the first car there on a Friday morning at 8 o’clock and they did not see me until 8:15, they said their systems hours for a simple oil change. I was the first car there on a Friday morning at 8 o’clock and they did not see me until 8:15, they said their systems were down, which I understand and said no problem I’m happy to wait… but they let me wait until 1130 before I had to ask is my car finished yet? Apparently they had forgot that I was there I did not want to bug them because they were busy with the systems down and it was just a busy day I guess but waiting that long for a simple oil change is unacceptable. No apologies were given. More
I was told the wait for my simple oil change would be two hours. I got a friend to pick me up, then had trouble getting in touch with Jason when he didn't call after 2 1/2 hours. I had to drop my car off for a tuneup, some recall work and a problem with the gas gauge. I knew they would have it for a few days and I needed a loaner so I could get my son to and from school. I had a and a problem with the gas gauge. I knew they would have it for a few days and I needed a loaner so I could get my son to and from school. I had a really hard time getting anyone to help me regarding the loaner until I the GM picked up. They were busy so he was helping with calls. I told him my situation and he did all he could and was able to secure one for me. Once I dropped my car off I dealt with Kristil who was wonderful. She was efficient and friendly and communicated well regarding my cars issues. I am very grateful to Jeff and Kristil who made my experience a good one. More
I bought a 2019 Ridgline in July. Was told they would fix the scratch down the passenger side of the vehicle and wrote it into the contract. I didn't hear from them until they lost some paperwork and need m the scratch down the passenger side of the vehicle and wrote it into the contract. I didn't hear from them until they lost some paperwork and need my signature. I took the paperwork in and asked about getting the scratch fixed and was told they would call me. I took the truck in last week thinking they would fix the scratch. They tried to fill it but only in one spot and made it look worse than it did before taking it in. The salesman tried telling me that he went to bat for me but that's the best they can do. I guess making it look worse than when i took it in is the best they can do..... They also told me their paint guy was very meticulous. I think what he did was a joke. Won't buy another car from them and definitely would not recommend. More

Denis was ver professional. I came by to have an oil change and he was able to offer a great deal for me with time frame. However, after an 1hr, I didn't hear from him anymore so I went to talk to him a change and he was able to offer a great deal for me with time frame. However, after an 1hr, I didn't hear from him anymore so I went to talk to him at the front desk. He stated he got busy and maybe forgot to come get me. I was thinking to myself, well that's not very professional. Denis understood and saw my frustration cause I mentioned it. He then offer an apology and offer me a free car wash and $10 discount. I then felt better and appreciated. Time is money and money is time. I'm glad Denis was able to compensate me. Overall experience was good. I always do my oil change at Honda Dealers especially 104 Autonation. We'll do business again. More
