If you're in the market for a new car, this is your dealership. From the moment I walked in til the moment I left, they were nothing but helpful. It was a great experience and I honestly can't put into dealership. From the moment I walked in til the moment I left, they were nothing but helpful. It was a great experience and I honestly can't put into words how great the employees were. I worked with Carlos and he was so helpful. He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel pressured into anything which was great for me to be able to just enjoy and shop around and find the car I really wanted. Jake, the manager was also great to work with in the financials aspect of it. He was super friendly and helpful. Overall, I walked away feeling really great I had picked this dealership. The experience and professionalism I would rate a 10 out of 10. More

Dealer programmed provided key for me, however, they didn't even bother to vacuum or wash the car. Is Autonation that strapped for cash that they cut corners and not do this basic service? Sure I got a didn't even bother to vacuum or wash the car. Is Autonation that strapped for cash that they cut corners and not do this basic service? Sure I got a coupon for a car wash, but why do I have to find a car wash and waste my time going to one? Pretty disappointing that one of the largest auto groups in the nation doesn't even do this basic courtesy. More
