I recently had an oil change and it leaking called Honda and sent an email and no response. They also lost my spare key but offered a discount to replace it. It was an enjoyable experience and was out in record time for an oil change. Service was very poor my last 3 visits. The hood on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline, purchased at Auto Nation 104th, has been broken, bounces in the wind and when passed by other vehicles on the highway. The service department has made two attempts to fix it, then claimed it was fixed but I got the truck back in worse condition. The hood isn’t even close to fixed. That service department should be embarrassed by their lack of skills and customer service. My last visit on October 30 was my worst experience so far. I got an oil change, additional services that were due on the truck and a tire rotation…they didn’t even put air in my tires. Each tire was a different PSI all below 36. My big question is, what is Honda going to do about my defective hood? I’m not the only a Ridgeline owner that has had this problem, and it IS a problem. So, to sum it up, a one star rating is much deserved at this time. More

He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel pressured into anything which was great for me to be able to just enjoy and shop around and find the car I really wanted. Jake, the manager was also great to work with in the financials aspect of it. He was super friendly and helpful. Overall, I walked away feeling really great I had picked this dealership. The experience and professionalism I would rate a 10 out of 10. More
