Difficult to reach someone. Left several messages and none were returned. Honda 104 has serviced both our Honda's and service is always quick and very efficient. The time quoted on the service on my HRV was 3 hrs, I was surprised it would take that long, but Amazingly it was re always quick and very efficient. The time quoted on the service on my HRV was 3 hrs, I was surprised it would take that long, but Amazingly it was ready in 2 hrs. That was great timing!! Everyone in the service department is friendly and patient, I appreciate that as I know they are all very busy. More
I took car in for recall and automatic braking system. I went in to pick up the car and when I left the automatic braking system was not working. The service writer asked the tech to go with me for a ride. went in to pick up the car and when I left the automatic braking system was not working. The service writer asked the tech to go with me for a ride. He did and with "his" instructions it still didn't work. I left the car and they called and said it was ready. Went to pick up the car and entering the service area there were 2 service writers. They were on the left side. I stood there and waited to talk to someone to pick up my car. One service writer thought his paperwork was more important than the customers standing in front of him. There were 4 customers including me. When I thought it was my turn a woman pulled in and walked over to that service writer. I walked over and said I had been waiting. The service writer , after asking me why I was there he pointed to the other side of the drive through. He said I need to see the woman across the way. There wasn't anyone over there when I first got there. I asked her what was wrong with my CRV. She looked at the paperwork and said nothing. The system worked as intended. This is my 9th Honda and 3rd one from 104th Auto Nation. I was in the retail auto industry for 40 years. I think your system needs to be reviewed and made a little better. I know shortage of help effects all service business's. The customer as long as I remember the customer standing in front of you is the number one thing that needs to be taken care of. I also don't feel standing there for quite awhile and only to be told I was in the wrong line just seemed to be a system gone awry, especially when that side was the only one with personnel when I arrived. I would like to say the first service writer seemed the only one that acted like she felt taking care of the customer was number 1. More
Best service I have ever received. I know to ask for Johnny for future service visits. He is polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Addressed my concerns and handled them quickly.
