In many ways, Honda 104 is a great place to buy a fine car and have it serviced. Except for oil changes. Having to wait a month to get a service appointment that probably requires 20 minutes work is truel car and have it serviced. Except for oil changes. Difficult to reach someone. Left several messages and none were returned. Upon arrival for appointment had to wait for help until cars entering after me were meet to discuss service needed Dealership ha none were returned. Honda 104 has serviced both our Honda's and service is always quick and very efficient. The time quoted on the service on my HRV was 3 hrs, I was surprised it would take that long, but Amazingly it was re always quick and very efficient. The time quoted on the service on my HRV was 3 hrs, I was surprised it would take that long, but Amazingly it was ready in 2 hrs. That was great timing!! Everyone in the service department is friendly and patient, I appreciate that as I know they are all very busy. More
