Very friendly. No pressure. Walked us through different models and colors. A bit disappointed that we didn't get a nurse or military veteran discount on a new 2022 model. Even with the inventory being sold like crazy, I think honoring military members with something small is warranted. Brett was awesome! We love our new CR-V! More

The first service for my CRV Honda was a routine check and oil change and was very, very easy and professional. Not knowing or remembering the system I initially scheduled over the phone a service many and oil change and was very, very easy and professional. Not knowing or remembering the system I initially scheduled over the phone a service many weeks out -- eventually I did learn more that this was for major maintenance and work on cars, and the more routine things like for the oil change are handled through the Express Service.
