It was very disappointing to see two service advisers not wearing a mask. One service advisor was coughing and sneezing, then with his mask around his throat, told me to come closer (I did not). The other se wearing a mask. One service advisor was coughing and sneezing, then with his mask around his throat, told me to come closer (I did not). The other service advisor did have a mask at all. Until Honda 104 starts taking safety seriously, I won’t be back! More

She got it in earlier than my scheduled appointment time, kept me in the loop during the diagnostics, and was very professional and courteous. there.
