My experience with one female service rep in the past was horrible and I had not planned on going back. I was talked into going to Honda svc Dept and you were the closest. Went ok. I waited 2 hours then went to see if it was almost ready. The guy had all my paperwork scattered on his desk and hadn’t bothered to come and get me. took home like 3-4 minutes to get paperwor almost ready. The guy had all my paperwork scattered on his desk and hadn’t bothered to come and get me. took home like 3-4 minutes to get paperwork together. Some was here and some was there. Totally unorganized. Who knows when my car was actually ready. More

Very helpful and efficient Krisrtil the service writer was very efficient .We had a recall appointment and when we got there no part yet she was great and gave us options rather than just come back.
