Thank you for your words, unfortunately we all know, they are empty words. This is why: First, those phone numbers are never nswered, they have the worst customer service experience. Second, the problem IS the manager. We have talked to this guy in multiple ocassions; although he is the "manager" he is useless and has no power at the company, nobody follows his command and he doesn't know what his own employees do. He keeps saying their inspection routine on used cars is rigurous, but how can you explain nobody noticed a burnt out engine with several leaks before selling it for an overpriced amount of money? No explanation, right? The damage they did to our family is cosiderable. Although, as they made it clear, they don't care.
