In for an oil change and tire rotation on my new honda! Donavon, in the Service department, was very kind and prompt in all of his information including injecting a bit of lighthearted humor which was welcomed at 7:30 in the am waiting for my vehicle to be worked on! I was a little late for my oil change appointment. I was also in a lot of pain with my hip, walked in, the girl was helping another person, so I told her I had to go in to sit down. She said okay and as soon as she was done with the other customer which was maybe 5 minutes she came in to where I was & took care of my paperwork right there. She told me maybe an hour and my car was ready in 30 minutes. She took good care of me. Very caring and helpful. Thank you. Excellent service! More
