I originally had an appt for an oil change & tire rotation scheduled a couple of weeks out, but stopped in one day after work because my tire pressure light came on for the second time that week. I t rotation scheduled a couple of weeks out, but stopped in one day after work because my tire pressure light came on for the second time that week. I thought I may have picked up a nail and had a leak. It was a Wed about 5:15pm and they appeared to be short staffed for that time of day since the line was about 8 people long and all 3 staff behind the desk were each with a customer. Garrett ended up helping me at the counter. He was very nice, helpful & calm and let me explain to him what was going on, despite the growing line, got my car moved over to the express service side and had them check my tires. Turns out there was a hole in a side wall, so the tire needed to be replaced. He said he could get a tire the next day & bump up my other service appt to get it all done at once. It ended up taking an two days because the truck with my new tire didn’t come in due to weather, inconvenient, but not life altering. I appreciate the service team at Honda Nation 104 and especially Garrett for his professionalism. More
