The recall we had done was done in a decent timely manner . But was greatly disappointed that when we came to pick up the car it took forever for them to find it . Just bought a brand new HR-V from this dealership. I’m completely impressed. Our salesman Ben was the best!!!!! We had to wait about 2 weeks to get our vehicle and during that 2 weeks, whenever I had I’m completely impressed. Our salesman Ben was the best!!!!! We had to wait about 2 weeks to get our vehicle and during that 2 weeks, whenever I had a question even stupid ones I would text Ben and he would get right back to me. When my car arrived Ben texted to tell me. He said I could come down that day, but it would be busy. He told me he wanted us to have the best experience possible and asked if I could pick it up a couple days later. I agreed, I wanted the best experience and this dealership and Ben delivered!!!!
