AutoNation Honda 104

"Emergent" breakdown (overheating) on Vail Pass on way to Colorado Springs, 90 mile tow (thanks, AAA) to AutoNation Honda 104 (nearest dealer). Radiator hose had been "pulverized"; engine tested and ok, coo Colorado Springs, 90 mile tow (thanks, AAA) to AutoNation Honda 104 (nearest dealer). Radiator hose had been "pulverized"; engine tested and ok, cooling system flushed, car road tested, etc, and I was back on my way in under 3 hours, despite a busy service department. Turned out, last work on cooling system (after a "deer hit" a few months back) from body shop-the hose clamp had not been "locked" but remained in "unlocked" position. Written note and pictures from AutoNation 104 resulted in immediate reimbursement (to me) from the body shop, which recognized their error. Service folks, from service desk to mechanic, exemplary! (And the charges were a good 1/3 less than what I had expected!) More

Excellent sales and service. Very happy with my new CR-V Hybrid, especially with gas prices as high as they are. Very comfortable, spacious, efficient, safe and reliable vehicle. The 4 wheel drive provides excellent traction, even during snow storms on icy Colorado mountain roads. My only concern is that Honda will stop making them, and instead go to all electric vehicles which cost twice as much, have only a quarter the operational life span, collapse the country's electrical grid infrastructure, and consequentially totally destroy the environment.
