The service department did a great job communicating with me throughout the day with the progress of my maintenance check up. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle I was told I would need to pay extra f me throughout the day with the progress of my maintenance check up. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle I was told I would need to pay extra for a diagnostic for my battery. I asked why I would need a diagnostic on a brand new car battery. I was told to call and speak to the service manager. I called the next week and left a message for the service manager expressing my concern that we would need a diagnostic on our new battery and never received a phone call back. When we purchased our new Honda CRV they did a charge on the battery, saying this was normal. Stephen Miley and Leo Baquerizo were our sales specialist. I am not sure who to contact to get help with our concerns. More
