I was not told i had to leave there for weeks before they could look at it even though i had an appointment. I still have not gotten my problem fixed because I cannot just leave it there until whenever they could look at it even though i had an appointment. I still have not gotten my problem fixed because I cannot just leave it there until whenever they get around to looking at it unless i have another vehicle. Really disappointed in AutoNation as they are generally really good and actually look at the problem when you make the appointment. I have never been to this dealer before but apparently it is the only one i can go to for my issue. More
I don't like giving bad ratings but my experience was no good. Everyone I encountered were nice and apologetic, but I was told I'd get regular updates, but never did. Only received 1 call back. My car was repaired without me ever knowing what was found. When I called to ask about it I was told it is ready for pick up. I questioned that because I'd never even gotten the results of the diagnostic. when I brought it there I told service rep that another repair shop said it needed one thing, but wanted to get 2nd opinion. Never got that until I picked it up yesterday. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as the first shop stated and AutoNation cost a lot less. Unfortunately about 3 hours after I left the shop, I discovered a dent on the left rear side of my car which certainly wasn't there the 2.5 weeks ago when I left my car at AutoNation. I don't want to accuse the shop of damaging my car but I know it didn't have the damage prior. I reported it to the service rep. He took photos and said he will be calling me. I went ahead and report to my insurance comany as well. I'm not saying I won't go back to AutoNation. I do understand about being short staffed. I will probably give them another chance, but this experience has not been good. More

Terrible Service. Made appointment for air bag recall. Dropped it off on Tuesday morning at 9:30am. Had to walk in and ask them to lift the bay door to the service c Made appointment for air bag recall. Dropped it off on Tuesday morning at 9:30am. Had to walk in and ask them to lift the bay door to the service check-in. Two service lumps just sitting there. No other customers. No estimate of time to repair. 48 hour later, no communication. So I call up and the fellow says "not sure, I have to check... call you back in 20 minutes." No call back after two hours so I call again. "Part just came in and it might be done today." Forget it. I advised him to just let me pick my truck. I was relieved and satisfied to get the truck back because this has to be one of nastiest, dirty service areas that I have ever seen, Trash everywhere. This place is terrible. No Communication. No Callback. No Service. Not Recommended if you value your vehicle. More
