I bought 2022 Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate 2 years ago. In August of 2024 the transmission on this vehicle would not shift out of Park, which the vehicle became undrivable. Had vehicle towed back to dealer In August of 2024 the transmission on this vehicle would not shift out of Park, which the vehicle became undrivable. Had vehicle towed back to dealership where I bought it on Aug 24 2024 and is still sitting there 1 month later with bad transmission. I was told by service department intake person Laura it would take 2 weeks for technician to look at vehicle. Again, 1 month later I was told technician has not looked at vehicle yet. Service department manager (Ashley) told me vehicle has 26 error codes. Both Laura and Ashley keep changing their stories as to when my vehicle will be fixed. Oh, and did I mention I have bumper to bumper coverage and they have refused to give me a loaner or authorize a rental car until they figure out the problem with my vehicle. I have already racked up close to $1,000 in rental car fees because of this dealership failure to honor their word (technician will look at your vehicle in 2 weeks) or bumper to bumper coverages. My next move will be to bring a lawsuit against this dealership to recover money spent on rentals, time missed from work, and pain and suffering caused to me and my family. My vehicle was there for 2 1/2 months and they didn’t fix anything I asked them to fix. I had to constantly call to see if they were even working on my vehicle and they weren’t.
