Previously I was not a fan of the service departments at other dealerships. Recently went in for a routine oil change and their 115k mile service. All of the employees I spoke to were kind, patient, and they answered all my questions. Firstly, the woman who checked me in acted as if I was inconveniencing her when I’m bringing that location business and I had it scheduled. Secondly, they didn’t bring me my car they had it parked in the inconveniencing her when I’m bringing that location business and I had it scheduled. Thirdly, we would’ve paid for a windshield and car wash, but those were not options for me. It was a night and day difference from another location in Memphis which was very polite, brought my car to me, and they offered me a complimentary car wash. More

I could tell, just by driving home, that the truck handled much better than it did before being serviced. I was very impressed by the quality and reasonable cost of the service performed. Even though my truck is 5 years old, I will continue to bring it to AutoNation Ford for service. More
