Took Explorer in for recalls. And they didn’t do anything. Didn’t fix any of the recalls, they said that all the recalls had expired. Appointment was at 10:00 am. Arrived at 9:45 am. Agent was off. Another said she’d help me. I asked how long. She said 2 hrs. What is purpose of appointment if it takes 2:15 minutes to change oil and rota was off. Another said she’d help me. I asked how long. She said 2 hrs. What is purpose of appointment if it takes 2:15 minutes to change oil and rotate tires? After 1:45 minutes I went to check on truck. My agent was gone and a 3rd agent had to help. He advised I was next in line. My truck had not even been started after 1:45 minutes. Took 2:15 minutes. When agent gave me key he did not ask if I’d like car wash. I had to ask even though I know he asked the gentleman in front of me. This is not acceptable service. I was very disappointed. Martha Lott More
