I had a good experience. I brought my 2021 Ford Bronco for a oil change and tire rotation. I worked with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Lee Gault. Provides good work but need to explain more to the car owner. Spent $1800 with no one explaining what all was done for the 150,000 mile check-up. I went 3 times to fix recalls and they did not fix anything because after a pick up the truck the document says they did not do it because did not have parts???????? 3 times in one year????
