All in all i was very Please, How ever though. Service advisor Barbara greeted me as I arrived. Since my 2020 Fusion was behind on service needs I was prepared to wait all morning. The work was done faster than expected and Barbara noted she saved me more money than had been estimated earlier. Driving away the car seemed like new.
