1. When I scheduled the appointment, I had put it off until I had a number of free days because in addition to the normal service. I was needing repair of the Auto Air Conditioning. I was told that because of labor shortage, no mechanical was being performed. (This does not lend to a 5 Star rating). 2. When the servicing was done, I noticed that the car had not been washed and sanitized as indicated on the notices that I had been receiving and in line with what had been done in the past. I was told that the complimentary cleaning was still part of the service but that the car wash was broken and the parts would not be available until September. (Definitely not 5 Star rating). 3. After I had left I noticed that the light on the dash showed that I needed an oil change. Later in the morning, I returned and they indicated that the mechanic had apparently failed to reset the service button. (Again, less than 5 Star rating service). 4. Then when I started to record the service charge, I noticed that my INVOICE showed charges of $98.76, but my email invoice as well as my Discover Card account showed a charge of $107.79. I called the business office to get clarification and left a message, but no return call has been received. (That would appear to be two reasons for rating lower than 5 Star). More

My recent tire rotation was a disaster. When leaving the dealership, the tire came off of my 2020 Ford Ranger. This happened on 6/25/22, today is 7/02/2022 and I haven't heard back from the When leaving the dealership, the tire came off of my 2020 Ford Ranger. This happened on 6/25/22, today is 7/02/2022 and I haven't heard back from the service manager about his commitment to replacing my tire. I am also experiencing increased vibration at higher speeds. This is starting to become concerning. I called the service manager on 7/01/2022 and left a message as a follow-up. I have yet to receive a call back. I was extremely fortunate to be driving at a very slow speed when the tire came off the truck. I expect more attention to this incident, and certainly more follow-up. More
I have always been happy with Auto Nation Ford Wolfchase, maybe because my Lincoln has always been on warranty and they could charge what they wanted and I was happy with the work. My warranty ran out in June and I had to take my car in for service, which required a mechanic, I also had to wait almost 5 weeks to see one. My car in the warranty time has not seen a mechanic, always an oil changer, so when ever I took it in the things I ask to have checked were only done by my service writer and the service manager. My car needed a belt tension-er and they looked under the hood and said it was fine. Now I take it in to have that work done and it was going to cost me over a thousand dollars, I ask why this was not done when it was under warranty, two years ago, they said they were backlogged, and I ask for it to be covered now and they said "no" it is not under warranty any longer. It was disappointing to hear they say that, because we have bought the 2014 Lincoln there and a $5000 extra package for maintenance and then a new 2018 Ford F150, so we have always given them our business, until now. When I said that the cost was too much and I would take it to someone else, I got the biggest cold shoulder and was handed my key and the bill waved in my face and said never mind I will take care of this. No big deal since all they did was look at it and give me the highest estimate they could come up with, so I was not impressed by Barbara Myers giving me the attitude. I have always given her the best rating but this time her true colors came out when I said I would take it somewhere else, because they should cover it, I brought it in several times while it was under warranty to have the work done, and was willing to leave it all day, but she said they had no mechanics available. How do you run a service department with no or very few mechanics, HOW? I am very dissapointed in this and wish it had not happened, we will never buy a Ford product again! More
